Our ministry, Rebirth Tabernacles of Glory located in Baltimore, Md. 21215, entered into a contract of agreement for security to cover our Sunday morning services beginning October 2022. Including this company as a part of our church's contractual staff was one of the best decisions our church could have ever made. Our experience as a client began when Well Dunn Security sent a company representative to meet with us, to walk the site and give professional recommendations regarding the safety plan that best suited our congregation and location. The meeting was not only informative but definitely exemplified the level of service our ministry was seeking. We were quite impressed with their presentation and decided to enter into a trial contract for three months. During the trial period Well Dunn Security exceeded well beyond our expectations. Our security officer, "CJ," was kind, welcoming and definitely alert to our surroundings. His presence made our ministry feel safe and secure from arrival to exit. When it was time to revisit and renew our contract, we never questioned whether to continue their services; it was understood that this company is an active important ingredient needed every week. Their concept of customer service is outstanding and witnessed every time they are on duty.

If such a thing of 10 stars existed: firstly, I want to thank Gary for all the time and dedication he gave while providing excellent customer service to us! In the time I was looking for a security company, I was in extreme scrutiny and had no wiggle room with time getting a team on board. That being said, I called at least 4-5 different companies before landing on Well Dunn Security. I can't begin to express the relief I felt when Gary responded immediately and got me a service schedule for the next day. While on the property, I had the honor of having Gary be the guard and let me tell you: he falls nothing short of excellence!
