I'm Gary M. Dunn Jr., CEO and Founder of Well Dunn Security, LLC. With over 20 years of security experience across local, state, and federal levels, I’ve dedicated my life to protecting people and building safer communities.

My journey has not been easy. After facing rejection from the military, law enforcement, and multiple employers — all because of blindness in my right eye — I made a decision: I would not let obstacles define my future. Instead, I built my own path. In March 2019, I launched Well Dunn Security, LLC to turn setbacks into purpose and to show others that perseverance and faith can move mountains.

Antione freeman served as the Area Site Manager at the Social Security Administration, where

he oversees all functions related to security and safety protocols. With over 20 years of experience in Government Service, Antione has developed a strong background in operational leadership compliance, and Team management. His responsibilities include coordinating timesheets, managing schedules to ensure smooth and secure daily operations. When Antione is not at work he enjoys coaching and mentoring his founded youth football and cheer organization The Eastside Raiders. Along with watching NFL Football and Grilling outside.

With over 10 years of experience as an armed security officer, Clarence “CJ” Jackson has dedicated his career to protecting lives, securing environments, and promoting responsible firearm use. Known for his professionalism, vigilance, and calm under pressure, CJ has served in a wide range of security roles, consistently earning the trust of clients and colleagues alike.

A lifelong gun enthusiast, CJ’s passion for firearms is rooted in a deep respect for safety, skill, and discipline. For more than five years, he has trained extensively in both pistol and rifle shooting, sharpening his skills through real-world practice and continuous education.

As a licensed firearms instructor, CJ brings over a year of teaching experience to the range—working with individuals of all backgrounds to build confidence, competence, and a clear understanding of firearm safety. His hands-on, no-nonsense approach is grounded in real-life experience, making his training practical, impactful, and empowering.

Whether he’s on duty or on the range, CJ is committed to excellence, integrity, and helping others stay safe and prepared.
